Quality control – Steps undertaken for quality assurance
The most important goal of feguz is to ensure the complete satisfaction of every customer, so we check to make sure that what’s being produced is meeting the required standard during whole production process.
Steps Undertaken for Quality Assurance:
A. Raw Material Inspection – Inspect and clean facilities and equipment before the start of manufacture, in order to produce perfect products consistently . Assess quality system of supplier to ensure their have the ability to supply good quality materials, and strengthen their quality awareness.The incoming raw materials that are to be used are thoroughly inspected by the technically qualified members of the quality control team.
B. Process Control – We set up professional QA team for quality supervision and inspection, so that we can monitor the quality of product timely and effective.
C. Final Inspection – When products are finished, we verify products and save sample to provide quality tracking basis for improvement of quality before products are dispatched to customers.
D. After Sales Customer Service – Collect and handle feedback from customer so that we are getting better and better.
