Replacement policy
If you receive damaged pack or carton, or if items are missing, replacements will be promptly provided. Please submit your claim within a reasonable period of time after receipt of the corresponding shipment.
We may request that you return the original items, in which case we will pay the return postage. Please note that we are not responsible for replacing items that become damaged due to improper care in use or storage, or that become missing. However, in such instances we will cooperate fully with you to replace such items quickly and at a nominal charge.
